Had a great time with my friends! We made this place our base to check out Ashland Henry Clay Estate and catch a show at the Lyric Theatre. The rooms were spacious and comfy, with flat-screen TVs for downtime. I recommend asking for pool towels at check-in so you don't have to wait!

I found it hard to beat the comfortable beds and cleanliness of the hotel, which made my stay incredibly enjoyable while I explored nearby outdoor spaces like Hisle Farm Park, just 3.5 km away, and the vibrant University of Kentucky Art Museum, a short 7 km away, providing perfect spots for my weekend city strolls. however, some areas could benefit from updates to ensure a more refined experience.

We had a spacious room with two queen beds, and the indoor pool was a great way to unwind after exploring. The location is super convenient, too! We loved having easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

I was able to enjoy the pool as well, which was fun and clean. However, I did notice some issues with the room. The air conditioning control was tricky. I had to get used to using the wall panel instead of the one on the unit. Also, I found the bed a bit firmer than I’d like, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. There was quite a bit of noise from the highway that could be distracting at night, so if you're sensitive to sound, maybe consider a room on the back side of the hotel. Overall, it was a solid stay, just a few tweaks needed for perfection.
